Needing new roommate to fill the second room of the 2 bed, 1 bath I current live in. It is in a great location in East Nashville! It is the top unit/floor of a triplex house. Lease ends 5/31/24, with the opportunity to renew if desired.

I have 2 cats, both short-haired and trained. They are sweet, independent girls who won’t be all over you. If we feel we’re a good fit, you will go through a background process with the owner of the house to get approved.
About the roomies
I’m a 27 year old singer/songwriter, so I will be recording and writing in my room a lot when I’m not working in the day. Would do well with someone respectful and dependable who keeps the space comfortable and clean.
