Hi guys! My friend and I took up a 5 bedroom house in Dorchester. Looking to fill up 2 rooms real quick (one medium sized and one small)! The medium sized one is located in the attic and the small room is on the first floor. The small room is going for $700. The room in the attic has a mini closet. The small room on the first floor also has a closet! The whole house is newly renovated, located right next to columbia ave and a 7 minutes walk to the JFK/UMASS T Station (very commute friendly). Move in requires: First month, Security deposit (which gets refunded at the end of your lease if you don’t break anything)and broker fee (all for $877, that is 877 x 3 and the small room is going for 700, that is 700 x 3) and also a $50 application fee! NO LAST MONTH! It’s a really lovely house, text me if you’re interested. Move in is slated for Sept 1st so we’re looking to sign the lease really quickly.

HIIII! I’m Daniella aka Didi and i’m a rising sophomore at Simmons University. My friend/roommate is Lyric is also a rising sophomore but she’s an online student! She works full time so she’s hardly home and I also have a busy schedule so i’ll hardly be home too! Our third roommate is Mike and he’s currently a grad student and also works full time, he’s really chill too!We’d be home on the weekends and I can say we’re pretty chill people, we love to cook, talk and watch movies together.
