I am looking to rent out 1 room with a shared bathroom, unfurnished. It has plenty of parking. Included in rent is wifi and utilities. The house also has a washer and dryer. Lease is 6 months with potential for a longer term. This is a room for only 1 person, sorry no couples. The neighborhood is quiet & safe.

I am a working professional, early riser- sometimes up by 4:30am and in bed pretty early. I am easy going and am looking for someone who is reliable, quiet and respectful of others, mature, no drama and someone who communicates well. Also I am looking for someone who doesn’t have overnight guests.
