About the room
675 plus half electric. I will be moving out around June maybe sooner if I find someone to take over my portion of the rent. My current roommate Allen “in his mid twenties” will be staying. Lease is up December of this year. Allen would like to renew in December for another year and you are welcome to do so yourself. electric has ran anywhere from 100$-150 and you would split this.
