Both rooms are approximately 9 x 10. The room with the smaller closet also gets the hall closet directly outside of the bedroom. *** I BUILT 2 WALLS TURNING THE LIVING ROOM INTO MY ROOM. I’M ONLY RENTING THE ROOMS TO SAVE MONEY SO I CAN INVEST THAT INTO MY NEW ONLINE BUSINESS. I OWN A PAINTING BUSINESS, BUT I WANT AN ONLINE BUSINESS, SO THAT IS WHY I AM DOING THIS. I TURNED THE LIVING ROOM INTO MY ROOM SO I CAN MAXIMIZE MY SAVINGS. IT WAS PROFESSIONALLY BUILT (FRAMING AND SHEETROCK). I’m looking for someone who will keep things clean and respectful. We don’t keep dirty dishes in the kitchen and clean the floors and bath regularly. These things need to be done on a weekly basis and we can rotate the chores so it always stays nice.
