Hello, we have a room available for rent in our 2 bedroom, 2 bath third-story apartment. The room boasts a large walk-in closet, and the guest bathroom will be yours to use, with occasional guests. Our apartment offers the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer and grants access to on-site amenities like the pool, spa, and gym. It’s situated on the edge of Rincon Valley, offering a pleasant location.

We are a couple looking for a mellow, tidy, and good-spirited individual or couple to share our home. Both of us follow an 8 to 5 lifestyle, so we hope to find someone with a similar routine. While we have two cats and a well-trained dog, we, unfortunately, cannot accept more pets. Alcohol is not allowed in the house, but we are 420 friendly.

The monthly rent is $1200, plus utilities, which include water, electricity, internet, and garage, typically range from $125 to $200 per month depending on the weather. Parking is mostly street parking, and there is valet trash service five days a week.
