South Tropical Trail

Hi! I have a beautiful condo in Merritt Island and an extra room. The complex has a resort-style pool, a gym, a clubhouse with WIFI, and is on the Indian Rvier. My place has its own laundry room, hardwood floors, great views, a sun room and a newly remodeled kitchen. I have one older, friendly cat.

Ideally I would like a woman mid-30s to early 70s who doesn’t mind cats. I am laid back, not uptight, and into solitude most of the time. The pool area here is very social and fun, and the age ranges of residents runs the gamut – everyone from college students to retirees. I don’t smoke or do drugs but drink socially.
