About the room
🥰 1 min to Prospect Park(Q, B, S) 🥰 This is a great location and great transportation around. The apartment is only 1 min from the “Prospect Park” train station.
It’s walking distance to Prospect Park where there is a running track, beautiful pond, Music concert place, Botanic Japanese Garden, Zoo, Gym, and many many restaurants & bars, even two bars in our street, so you can hang out there with your friends instead of bring them into our place. Each rooms are pretty big but we don’t have a living room.
⁉️NO BRING VISITORS (Friends sometimes but not often) ⁉️NO GUEST OVERNIGHT sorry!!
‼️ Warning ‼️ Our apartment is very close to train tracks, so if you are a very sensitive person about sound this place is not for you.
I want someone mature, CLEAN for money, CLEAN for living, and cares about others.

About the roomies
We are 3 people (man & woman) total and very private people including me plus we are not young, so we don’t bring anybody home, especially bring in boyfriend and girlfriend and overnight are not permitted !!!!!! I believe that home has to be a peaceful, relaxing, and quiet place for everyone.
I’ve been doing this and taking care many students from Japan for 13 yrs. They loved this convenience place especially for school.
