Hello! I am a dancer who works as a CNA by day and i film a lot by night. I am pretty quiet and to myself. I am looking for someone to stay long term to help finish the lease out until February. The property is in Monterey Park. It is near East LA College. It’s in walking distance to a Ralph’s and tons of food plaza’s. There is also tons of demographic foods and fun activities nearby. Very quiet neighborhood. I do have two cats. They’re pretty introverted and won’t bother you. Photos uploaded! There are a few paint problems wrong with the apartment. Intending to fix them asap.
