Good size bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, dressers and night stand. Mini split system so you can control the temperature of your room. I have a bath and a half so we would have to share the shower. Large kitchen, covered back patio I have a tropical back yard with a pool and a hot spring spa. Large koi pond and waterfall.

I live alone with my 4 year old yellow lab named River. I’ve been a massage therapist since 1988, and I am pretty much retired, but I do have a massage room set up. My home is decorated with a nautical beach theme. I’m really easy to get along with as long as you don’t leave dishes in the sink. I have a pontoon boat on Shasta lake.
