If you are looking for a private room, look no further! My current roommate is moving out so there is a vacant room in my 2 bed 1 bath Burbank apartment. This apartment is super airy, light and has a huge living room, dining room, and kitchen! The room you will be renting has lots of natural light and your own closet. There is tons of storage in the unit and it has a private entrance with a little porch. Everything in the unit is pretty new and the floors are brand new.

The area is near schools so it is a very safe area and is next to many parks. There are tons of restruants, grocery stores and shops within walking distance and the area is super cute and fun to adventure around in+

I am a 26 year old technical designer, working on women’s clothes. I love fashion, sewing, and music but I am very considerate. I have a service dog so I exercise quite regularly and take him with me to work as well. I also have a cat, she is super cuddly and friendly but can sometimes be shy. Both of them are great around other animals! I would love to be friends with my roomie and I also enjoy my alone time so if this meets what you are looking for, please let me know!
