I own a house with three rooms that I rent out. All three are currently occupied, but one roommate is moving out at the end of August (1st of September at latest) and may be moving out even earlier. We generally keep a very chill house, no parties, smoking outside only, and we prefer only light alcohol consumption and no drugs. We are friendly with one another, but all have our own schedules and keep mostly to ourselves.

I have two small dogs that are quite friendly that mostly spend their time in my room and I would prefer no additional pets. I do require a standard one-year lease (which is easy to break if needed), mostly to protect both my renters and myself. I’ve been renting rooms in this house for almost eight years and had over a dozen different renters in that time. The pictures above are a few years old, but the house is still in “like new” condition. The pictured dresser and futon are available if you want to use them, but can also be moved if you do not wish to use them.

Rent will be First, Last, Deposit.

Deposit is refundable with no damage when you move out. All specified in the Lease (which I can make available when you visit if you want to read it before deciding).

I am self-employed and write part time from home and am 43. The rest of my time is spent playing video games, watching movies, reading, and generally keeping chill.

1st roommate works early in the morning to afternoon and enjoys a lot of outdoor activities (especially in/around Lake Lowell) like fishing and bike riding and is in his mid to late 40s.

2nd roommate works 8-5 hours and splits his time between here and his girlfriend’s house and is in his mid-30s.
