About the room
I am looking to rent two rooms together to a single person in my three bedroom house in Laurel area. This also includes a bathroom. Common areas include the backyard, laundry room, kitchen, dining room, living room (with projection screen!) and sun/mud room. House is shared with just myself and my dog Skipper. Street parking is available, and is plentiful.
About the Rooms: Two medium size rooms (10.5’x12’ and 10’x12’), hardwood floors, large closets in each room. Rooms are in the back of the house and offer relative privacy. There is a shared laundry room dividing the rooms and the common areas. Private bathroom with full tub and shower. You can keep the desk, chair and bookshelf in the pictures if you want, or I can get rid of them. Large washer and dryer and more storage available in laundry room.
About the roomies
About me: Male, 39, Bay Area local. I like to cycle, sail, garden and build/create things. I work full time with an early schedule. I am often gone on the weekends. I have will have the occasional BBQ or friend over on the weekends, and enjoy making the home a social place (on occasion). I like to maintain a safe atmosphere for everyone to live their best life.
About Skipper: 4yr old friendly dog. He loves people and will always want to greet you when you come home. He sleeps most of the day.
