The property used to be a garage space, which is now converted into a two bedroom extension off the main house. You’ll be sharing the living space with the landlord and his family, but everything is closed off, with separate entrance. Space for two cars to be park (landlord prefers no more cars please… i kinda already got him mad about that…) No pets unfortunately, plus prefers college students, specifically Grad stud. Quite area, about a good 10 min away from the amazing Port Jeff pier! (which i highly recommend you check out if you haven’t already!)
Price: $1000 per room or $1800 for the whole place, but as of right there is a potential roomate looking to renew the lease.
I am amazing!!! Unfortunately I’ll be moving so you won’t get to experience me, but the potential roomate stays too himself, LGBTQ if that matters, maintains his own living space. Not much else i know, name is Danny!
