Close to parks, and many great eateries. Angelos, Mawn, Johns Water Ice, and Fiorella just to name a few. Neighborhood feel.
About the roomies
Professional 33 yr old male (Owns the Home) Low key household, likes sports( will attend games), reading (fantasy/scifi) comedy, art, eating out, very limited guests. Happy to be friends with potential roommate but isn’t a catchall. Been told I am pretty easy to live with and laid back about most things.
Not a neat freak but keeps the house tidy, will grab a cleaning service intermittently.
Looking for someone similar but happy to meet and discuss.
