• Easy access to Google, Microsoft, Reston Town Center and Amazon.
• Smoking allowed (outside only)
• No pets (there are two dogs in the house)
• Visitors allowed
• Occasional gatherings allowed, but looking to avoid constant partying
• Free access to a community center (pool, weight room, basketball court, etc)

There are two of us here, each one has a private room. Mostly working from the office and we are looking for; Single person, professional and mature. Full access to shared living spaces, large kitchen and furnished basement. Amenities and utilities not included in the rent. Bills will be divided equally. Free parking on the street or in the driveway (schedules permitting)
