Howard's room

I have three rooms, two with beds, one bathroom all upstairs and available. Looking to rent only one room but if you someone else also looking to rent and/or you’re fine with others renting upstairs as well (and then sharing the bathroom) I don’t mind. House is in a nice neighborhood, clean and quiet, park nearby, CdA and Post Falls each within 10minutes.

I am the only person there. Family and friends come by sometimes but usually it’s just me. I am clean and quiet and live downstairs. The kitchen is also downstairs so that would be shared. I prefer someone clean and polite male or female.
