We are looking for a roommate in a quiet and clean household. Our current roommate who occupies 1 bed and 1 bath is going to leave by August 19. Looking for someone to fill in his room starting August 20. Your room and bathroom will be in the main level with shared kitchen and laundry access. The house is nestled in Oakland lower hills with spectacular bay views and sprawling garden.
