Please note we are NOT A PET-FREE HOME (2 friendly cats) & are UNABLE TO ACCOMMODATE COUPLES

Hi, my partner and I have a room available for rent in the Johns Creek area. The available space is only partially furnished as it comes with a twin-sized memory foam bed but this can be swapped out with your own if needed. No other furniture will be provided. You’ll also have your own bathroom (shower + toilet). Price of room does not include utilities.

Other parts of the home the tenant will have access to are the laundry room, a standard kitchen, and a large common area (open-concept space with a 13-FT ceiling) that’s equipped with a large TV & modular couch. We also have a spare room that can be used as an additional office space, if needed.

The property itself is located in a fairly safe neighborhood lined with paved, well-lit sidewalks. You’ll also have access to additional amenities such as the community pool & tennis courts.

As mentioned above, while we do have pets of our own, we are unable to take in other pets.

Tenant Responsibilities:

• Tenant room & bathroom must be regularly maintained (reasonable cleaning schedule must be established)
• Communal areas must be cleaned after use, especially kitchen area
• Assist with household waste disposal & recycling (taking out/bringing in trash cans)
• Must purchase own groceries and other specific household essentials (i.e. toilet paper, laundry detergent, & bathroom cleaning products)

Homeowner and roommates are young professionals (late 20’s/early 30’s) so we’d prefer a tenant in this age group. We also have 2 adorable 🐱
