Will's room

This is the bedroom with a shared bathroom in a four-bedroom two-bath house in the Deer Creek neighborhood, a very safe and quiet neighborhood with a gym, tennis courts, and a playground. The house includes a washer and dryer. I will cover the water bill, internet bill, gas bill, and electricity bill (up to $200 per month).

Home environment rules: smoke and drug-free, including cannabis.

I am the owner of the house. I will live in one of the guest bedrooms, and I will find the two other roomies to live in the master bedroom and in the other guest bedroom.
