Hello, I am offering a private bedroom with a shared bathroom for $800/ month! Rent includes utilities and wifi. We prefer having a tenant that is interested in a long-term stay. You will have access to all common areas of the house, including the laundry room. The house is located in a quiet and safe subdivision in League City, TX. We also have a community pool that you’ll have access to during the summer and sidewalks for a nice morning jog. Background check will be required.
