I am looking for a responsible female only house-mate to share my home.

• Water/Sewer included Shared office space if needed, (Dining area was converted to my office, I work from home 1-3 days per week. There is room for a second desk.) Additional storage on site if needed. Well behaved dog considered on a case by case basis. Must be child, cat, and dog friendly.

Shared amenities include: Bonfire pit, patio, deck, full kitchen, laundry, wifi, full clean kitchen, cuddles from furry friends. (Must like cats & dogs.) Walking distance to a lake, coffee shop, and short drive to various trails, shopping, & dining.

Must be drama free, drug free, no smoking, no parties. background check, verifiable income, and references required, credit check is negotiable on a case by case basis. (Life happens.)

First/last/deposits required.

Weekly, Month-to-month, or longer leases accepted.

I am a 49 yr old professional female who works from home 1-3 days per week. My 15 year old daughter is also in the home. We are quiet, no parties, no smoking, occasionally my grandkids visit. My daughter may have a friend over for a sleepover. Sometimes I have friends over for dinner or BBQ, but not huge groups. I do have a BF who stays with me from time to time. We have two cats and two dogs.
