East University Street

Property is freshly renovated with a nice back porch and parking off the street. There are two fridges and microwaves with some storage room in the basement and the room heading out to the porch. Front porch also comes with a wooden swinging bench. Smallest room has already been claimed.

There are 6 college students currently on the lease. One is in a frat and won’t be around the property much. Another has two jobs and also won’t be around much. The other 4 work but not as much and will most likely just be chillin in the basement once we clean/decorate it or in the living room watching TV/gaming.
