Beautiful 3bed 1 bath house with a spacious backyard located right Downtown Sebastopol. Shared living space with one other roommate and a small cat - unfortunately no other pets. Living space includes: functional kitchen w/ a stove (no microwave), shared in-unit washer/dryer, living room, & dining room. There is a garage but it mostly is used for storage so one person usually has to park on the street. The house is about 1200 sq ft, and there will be a choice of two rooms, both about 90 sq ft with pretty decent sized closets. The third room is used for storage/yoga room/ reading room/etc. Multiple different little storage closets in the house as well. The yard has more than enough space for a good sized garden and a lot of space to entertain in. Utilities not included in rent but are usually no more than $150-$250 (Water can be a bit pricey). House is about a 5-10 minute walk to the Barlow, Ragle Park, St. Ives park, and the West County trail is located right behind.

I am a young professional female in my 20’s, hoping/prefer to find another female around the same age to live with who has a similar lifestyle as me. I live a very active lifestyle with a lot of time spent outdoors/with my friends. I do like to cook/bake and I am always down to share meals with people. I work in the food service industry both as a server and a manager which results in multiple late nights a week so someone with a similar schedule would be fantastic. My cat is very shy and tends to keep to herself until she trusts you.
