Hi There! Currently Post st has 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom that is split ( bathroom and shower). There is a living room, kitchen, backyard and w/d for the unit. W/d is not coin operated and is not shared with other units. There is plenty of closets and storage inside and gives off super cozy vibes! The current rent is 4,800 which is 1,200 per person each month. Water is paid every 3 months out of the 1 year lease which is $50-80 max. Garbage is only covered by the landlord so we are responsible for gas, electric and wifi. This can be from $150-300 per month (around). I have 3 girls ( including myself) and are in need of one other girl. We all go to USF and are either juniors or seniors. We prefer no pets but that can be talked about. We are looking forward to meeting the 4th and are desperate!
