The Beautifully Landscaped Neighborhood of Summer Wood Townhomes is located in Summerville, SC. The Neighborhood is located in the Heart of Downtown Summerville with Awesome Shopping Boutiques and World Class Dining. The Community offers (2) Beautifully Maintained Pools and Amazing Pond Views. This is a very loving, cozy, clean space. My daughter and I both live here with our dog and 2 cats. The room for rent is already furnished with a queen size bed, night stand, tall dresser, full closet, and TV with amazon fire stick. You will also have your own, full size, bathroom located outside of your room. The salt water community pool is beautiful and just steps away from the back yard. Both the front and back entrance have code locks. I offer a discount for students.

Hi! My name is Vanessa and I live here with my 20 month old daughter. We have a sweet golden doodle dog and two well behaved cats. This is the reason we can’t have anymore pets in the house. I work full time in a doctors office during day hours. My daughter goes to daycare during that time and we usually go to the gym after work. I have a pretty laid back personality and would love to help you feel at home.
