Private room and bathroom on upper level of home. My bedroom is downstairs with main level in between. The home is private and sits on 1 acre of land. There is plenty of parking and space to enjoy the outdoors. There are two living rooms, large dining room and kitchen. On the lower level is the laundry room. Only minutes to shopping and also easy commute to I-70.

I’m a 54 year woman that works full time local in Evergreen. I have 3 dogs and two cats so not looking to add more animals if possible. I also have chickens & ducks on the property. There is a game room above garage that has a pool table and ping pong.
