PRIVATE BEDROOM in this new condo surrounded by houses in a nice and very quiet neighborhood. It is in Herriman but in the division with Riverton. Place is 5-10 min to multiple supermarkets, restaurants and other stores in Mountain View Village. 5 min from Bangerter Hwy. Utilities have a flat fee of $75.00
I am not here to tell you how to live your life so as long as you are respectful of others and the house you are welcome. Only rules are no smoking, no pets and no drugs, keep common areas clean and keep an open line of communication especially about overnight guests. One room available.
