I am the owner and live in the other bedroom. I’m a 25 year old male who moved to Houston from Florida a couple of months ago to start a job working in a research lab at the med center. I do have a cat so you need to be okay with her! Looking for someone who keeps the common areas clean, is respectful, and will commit to at least a 10 month lease. I am super laid back and enjoy playing sports, watching movies, and seeing live music. If we can be friends too that’s a bonus but if you want to keep to yourself that’s cool too!
