UWS major location! Hello roomies, we are looking for a new roomie for our gorgeous 3BR/1Bath apartment located in UWS 74th/Colombus, second floor walk-up. The room has a plenty of natural light with 2 windows and fits easily a queen size bed. Ideally, you would be willing to keep the room furnitures (flexible though). The common areas are very spatious and furnished: a separate kitchen allowing dinner times for 4/6 people and a corner living room with 4 windows. The neighborhood is charming, one block to Central Park, supermarkets, laundromat, movie theater, restaurants and trees streets. You will share the apartment with 2 adorable american guys in their late 20s/early 30’s, both working in Manhattan in arts fundraising and Tech. The room is available on December 15th until June 30th 2019 minimum. The lease should be most likely renewed if you’d like to stay more! The room is offered at $1550/month + utilities ~75$ for the wifi, electricity and gas. The security deposit is one month rent.
