The property is located in Marietta,Ga. The neighborhood is quiet and comfortable with beautiful nature around. Located near several shopping centers and stores and there’s plenty to do. It is about 25-30 from downtown Atlanta. My home is very nice and peaceful and full of great energy. The room has great space, vinyl flooring w/ private bathroom located inside the room and own closet. If you have a pet, a fee will be included. My listing is for 1 person, but I may be open to a couple for a slight upcharge. I will be leaving for 2 mths for work, so I need someone responsible and trustworthy. Looking for someone that is payment/deposit ready and ready to move as i would like to get to know roomie before I leave out of town. The couch in the pics will be removed before move in. It is just to show that the room has space. I am willing to negotiate price to help out, but ask must be reasonable. This is a really great stay.

I am pretty chill and laid back and am very serious about protecting my energy and only welcoming in good vibes. I am 420 friendly, anything other than that will need to take place outside of my home. Please DO NOT bring drugs into my home! I am clean, so I ask that all common spaces be treated as such and limit eating in the rooms to avoid critters. I love to laugh and and get along. NO MEN ALLOWED PERIOD! We don’t have to be besties, but I would like to not walk around the house like strangers as that can be awkward when bringing someone in that I don’t know.
