Theater room which is great for watching sports, playing video games, and movie night. Woodshop and garage would be available to the renter. Parking space in carport would be available for renter if they wanted it. Laundry room is in the basement. I don’t mind smoking on the property; just not in the house. There are two bathrooms in the house. If you would like for one of them to be yours we could work that out. First months rent would be required to take up occupancy.
