I am renting out an extra room in my 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo. Its an unfurnished bedroom, but everything else is furnished and your too use. The place is off the corner of Sheridan and Alameda. Belmar area is right down the street! So many shops and restaurants within minutes. 15 minutes to downtown, and to the mountains. This is a great location to travel anywhere. You will have your own parking spot, access to a pool area and a washer and dryer in unit to use at anytime.

I am a 27 latino male born and raised in the Denver area. I work as a 9th grade math teacher. I have a cat, Aramis, and a turtle, Shelly. Aramis is really loving and would always want to cuddle if you’d be ok with that or you can just hush him away. I like to be outdoors when I can. Love to watch and play sports and video games. Really enjoy football. Easy going and I can keep to myself or we can be friends!
