Private room and bathroom for rent for one person in a quiet cul-de-sac. Utilities, electric and wifi paid. In ground pool. Cleaning Fee of $50 collected with first month’s rent. Security deposit is refundable if no damage to property. Thirty day minimum payment/stay. Non refundable if you choose to leave before 30 days.

I’m a nurse who works evenings. Friendly German Shepherd also lives here. Please like dogs. I’m clean and quiet. Attend church on Sundays. Respectful of others. I don’t smoke and rarely drink alcohol. Prefer the same. Will rent month to month, but if all goes well, willing to continue renting out room. Since I work nights, prefer someone who works days to allow each of us some privacy. No work from home renters.
