Very commutable location: at 518 and 270, you are just down the road from HWY 3/I 45 in League City, which boasts a high safety rating, excellent communities, and abundant amenities and entertainment nearby. Houston and Galveston are both within a 20-30 min. commute!

Newly updated, the fresh and simple interior invites you to relax, cook your favorite meals, take a walk to the local park with water views half a mile away, or simply stay in for the evening and catch up on your favorite shows where most streaming services are offered in the living room.

While this listing is for a private room, the common spaces are shared, always well maintained, and cleaned often. We as hosts are thrilled to have you as guests and hope to always make your experience a great one!

You’ll be staying with a couple who lives in the master suite on the other side of the home. We work and go to school full time!
