Upstairs of my home is completely unoccupied. I live in the finished basement, and only use the upstairs for showers and to make food. You would only need to come downstairs to do laundry.

I live here alone and am looking to save money with student loans returning soon. I mind my own business. I work day shift Monday thru Friday and usually am just home on weekend gaming with friends. Pretty clean guy too and I don’t want the house to get a mess like my last roommate made it!
