Townhouse, with three rooms two upstairs and one downstairs, everyone will have their full bathroom the bottom room is available and is the only room that is not connected to its bathroom. wash and dryer in the house also with two car garage. this house doesn’t have many rules only keep it clean nice hygiene and pay rent on time. No crazy rules in the house just common respectful ones. living room has tv, couch and you can use that any time of day or night. Utilities not included such as gas, electricity, or wifi. We do have wifi at the house you can just pay between the three of us
