Lacey's room

Renting out the master bedroom in a 3 bedroom (brand new) house! It has an ensuite bathroom with a double sink vanity, a walk-in tile shower with a glass door and a walk-in closet. The room faces west so you can see the mountains in the distance on a clear day.

The house is located in a brand new neighborhood in Brighton Crossings. Fenced in (unfinished) yard with a patio, smart home features (keyless entry, smart thermostat) and a nice kitchen with a massive kitchen island and walk in pantry. The downstairs is an open floorplan layout.

All 3 bedrooms are located upstairs along with a stacked washer and dryer.

A less than 5 minute drive from King Soopers, and 10 minutes to Target, Dick’s Sporting Goods and other shopping and restaurants. Approximately 25 minutes from Denver International Airport.

One thing to note is the house is on the market, so we’re looking for a month to month renter who is clean and tidy!

Our names are Lacey and Caitlin! One of us works from home, while the other one of us works a hybrid role - part time at home and part time in an office.

We’re clean, don’t smoke and don’t drink. There are 2 dogs and 2 cats living in the house.
