Open room in a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2 living room house (parking lot behind house) . Shared kitchen and 3 roommates who all get along, are all respectful, clean and work. We are looking for a Roomate to move in after 4th Roomate moves out August 31st. Rent is below market (759 - around 800 for wifi and electric) and we will need someone to move in by September. All the rooms are spacious, kitchen clean, bathrooms clean and living rooms clean (2 floor). We all work but all hang and are active on weekends. we enjoy sports, having a drink and bonding but do so mostly only on weekends typically due to jobs and classes. Ages are 28, 27, and 25.
