Available now. I’m looking for a woman to share a two-story, two bedroom, one and a half bath apartment located on Liberty Rd. S in Salem, OR. The available bedroom presently has a chest of drawers and a corner shelving unit. A bed can also be provided. If you can provide your own bed, the monthly rent will be reduced to $640. The bedroom has two big closets, so there’s plenty of clothing and storage space. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment. This apartment is not in an apartment complex, and there are only two other apartments in the building. It has a small backyard and off-street parking.

No smoking or pets are allowed on the property. This is a rule of the landlord, so there can be no exceptions. No vaping allowed inside the apartment. Due to medical reasons, I also cannot accept anyone who uses marijuana.

The monthly rent includes water, sewer, garbage, and internet. The electric bill will be shared. There is a $450 security deposit, which can be paid in four monthly installments, if necessary. All applicants must go through a background and credit check, which is done by the building’s owner for a fee of $50.
