Rent 1 room (or more!) in a two story, modern design, 4 bedroom house. $800/month. Located in central Austin, near Airport Blvd x N Lamar. By ACC, a few miles north of UT.

The other three rooms are currently unoccupied and available also. If you rent 2 rooms you can have your own private bathroom and an office space!

Washer and dryer included. Screen porch. It’s currently mostly unfurnished, but we will furnish it if no one has their own furniture that they want to use in the living room. We also have bed frames for the rooms if you don’t want to bring your own bed!

It’s located just a couple blocks from numerous restaurants, coffeeshops, breweries, and the Crestview Station. Get to downtown in minutes by metro rail! Within a mile of ACC and it’s a short distance from UT campus.

Your room is about 10’ x 11’, with a large walk-in closet (about 5’ x 6’). You would be sharing a bathroom with one other room (unless you want to rent out that room too as an office, etc). The shared common space as a large living room, laundry room, and large kitchen.

Free high speed internet included! Free internet and gas, other utilities split by everyone (averaging about $50-$80/month). Minimum 6 months lease.
