To any students attending SUNY Broome or Binghamton University. Currently, our business is searching for 1 student to fill up the remaining rooms ( 2nd floor) The home has been split into two apartments: #1 and #2. Each apartment has 2 rooms respectively.

This house on Binghamton’s Westside (good area) offers hardwood floors, 2 bigs living room with sofa and TV, 2 kitchens ( Stove & refrigerator, cabinets…), 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, 2 laundry room. Everything is separate and private for the 1st and 2nd floor. Parking space next to the house.

It only takes you about 10 minutes to drive to BU. And It takes about 3 minutes to walk to the bus stops. The apartment is also very close to restaurants and markets(Walmart, Price Chopper, CVS, Big Lot, Burger King, Nirchi’s pizza, KFC…).

There are 2 male roommates in the 1st floor and 1 male in the 2nd floor. They are BU students. They’re respectable, private and friendly. We are currently seeking students planning to attend this coming semester, 2023. If anyone sees this post and is interested please feel free to message us.
