East Oltorf Street

3 bed, 2.5 bath; I currently have the master, one room is available as a bedroom, the other is set up as an office (which is up for grabs since my desk is in my bedroom, so you essentially get 2 rooms). You’d have your own bathroom, plus the guest half bath downstairs. Small fenced in back yard and patio, small garage (though it is mostly a gym), and 2 attics for storage. Security cameras and ring doorbell covering the driveway, doorway, and back patio, you can have access to the log in. Attached neighbors are a super nice young couple, detached neighbors on the other side don’t live there and only come around maybe once a month or so. Landlords live in Dallas, rarely visit, but are super quick and responsive for repairs. I love this place, been here 5 years, so everything is already furnished except the spare bedroom. My only complaint is the low water pressure.

Just me! I travel somewhat often, so I like having a roommate for peace of mind when I’m gone. I am a psychotherapist and college professor and primarily work from home, except a few evenings when I go to campus to teach. I don’t throw parties, only have people over every once in a while, and don’t do drugs. I prefer things semi neat, not a fan of dirty dishes in the sink for days at a time, or clutter around the house, but not a huge stickler. In my spare time I like to travel, feed my nerd addiction with TV and movies, indulge in the dope variety of tacos Austin has to offer, and spend time outdoors.
