I am looking for someone to take over the rest of my lease which ends November 15th ❗because I am moving to space coast . Obviously if you’d like you could re sign once it ends.there Is one other person on the lease. IT is centrally located in west palm beach .You would be getting the master bedroom, which I will leave a bed and dresser.it could also be removed if not wanted. Price includes flat rate for rent, plus internet, water, sewer, washer dryer rental, and electric.feel free to ask any questions .

My roommate is in his 40s and keeps to himself. He works alot and when he is not he is in his room.
