Evan's room

This is an 1800 square ft. home in a beautifully landscaped, serene neighborhood, just a few minutes off Hwy 50 in Cameron Park. Room is a very comfortable 12’ square. Has built in closet, ceiling fan, private window to fenced in backyard. Bathroom will be mostly private, owner won’t be using, but it may be used by very occasional house guests.

I am quiet, respect the space of others and generally keep to myself. I can be found attending to my cats, playing video games, building LEGOs, reading, listening to music or simply spending time with friends and/or family.
