Car parking ( right outside the house) and water are free. The bedroom is spacious, comes unfurnished but with a full wall cupboard. Rent is 850 plus utilities ( approx $50) and the room mates are super clean and respectful. Common areas are well furnished, spacious and always clean.
About the roomies
Two female roommates ( they are in the upstairs bedroom and you will have your own bedroom and bathroom). One is an international PhD student and the other an undergraduate student. Both are extremely clean and respectful.
