About the room: The room is large (~12.5’ x 12.5’), it will be unfurnished and is on the ground floor of the house. This is the only room on the floor, and you will have a large closet right outside of the door.

About the House: The townhouse is 3 stories with a 2 car garage and ample street parking. Everything besides your room is furnished! We have a large kitchen, balcony, porch, and washer and dryer in the unit. We have a comfy living room with a huge TV and we love to watch movies and TV, and sports! There are 2 ½ baths in the house and you will share a shower with 2 others, but have the bathroom in the living room as yours to wash your face and brush your teeth.

About the Neighborhood The townhouse is inside of a really cool gated community and is a great neighborhood. Everyone is super friendly and likes to hang and have bbqs together and play cornhole together.

Who we are looking for We are looking for a young professional in their mid/late 20’s, who is fun, easy to get along with, and social. We are looking for a roommate who does not work from home, and is relatively tidy and clean! You need to be ok living with a dog, and chill.

About us Your roommates will be Ray (26), Karina (27), and Will (25) and we all moved into this awesome house one by one and did not know each other previously. Ray also has a super cute pup named Fred who is one of the coolest dogs in town. We all get along and like to hang out, whether it be watching movies, going to the beach, golf, or having house dinners (usually Will cooks), but we also are independent and will often do our own thing. We all go to bed relatively early during the week but I promise we are fun and like to go out, drink, and have a couple parties throughout the year!

Ray is a project engineer and travels frequently for work. He enjoys sports, going to the beach, hanging out with Fred, surfing, and golfing.

Will is an engineer who works ½ from home and ½ travels. He likes to surf (he isn’t very good), play golf, run, and drink beer! He also loves to smoke things… Meat and other things too ;) and cooks a lot.

Karina works at an exotic car dealership. She loves going to the beach, watching tv, surfing and hanging with her BF! She also loves to clean the house!
