Colin's room

Hi! the property is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, apartment located at One Mosaic in Isla Vista, CA. It’s about a 2 minute drive or a 10 minute walk from the UCSB campus. ALSO, I do not think that the “Available from” date is correct, I will update that as soon as I confirm the start date!

So far there are three UCSB students in this apartment: myself (Colin), Ryan, and Krish. All of us are 3rd year students studying Film, electrical engineering, and engineering respectively. Ryan and Krish are sharing a room and I need another person to share a room with. We’re all organized and clean and I like to think that we’re all pretty chill, so if you are interested in joining our lease tell us about yourself!
