Have good light, and carpeted. The house has 1.5 bathrooms. Tenant will have to share bathroom with owner and roommate. Some wifi available as a courtesy but only the lowest quality offered for temporary periods. If wifi is a priority it will be tenants responsibility to solicit their own. No air conditioning, but tenant can bring in a window ac unit if they wish.

Home open for 1 or 2 two renters in need of a room. Seeking low maintenance, drug free, personable people of character who are in need of a room, employed, have good background, and who won’t bring much traffic into the home.
