Room available in a newly renovated + furnished 3 bed, 2 bath apartment in Northeast Los Angeles, near the Highland Park, Eagle Rock area.

Rent is as listed ($3250 total, $1083 per person), and utilities are roughly $100 per person every third month. You’ll share a bathroom with one housemate—the third housemate has their own bathroom in the master bedroom.

Move-in date is August 5th at the latest and the lease is month-to-month—can be terminated whenever you’d like, with a 30-day notice.

The roommates are Connor—he’s a filmmaker and actor, he’s 24, from Virginia, and works part-time as a server downtown as well as going to acting school—and Enea—he’s 23, from Italy, and he’s a grad student at ArtCenter College of Design studying Transportation Design. They’re both respectful and easygoing people.
